Shoreline Baths is seeking an experienced In-Home Sales Representative to join our growing team. You will close high-quality remodeling projects with homeowners during scheduled in-home consultations.

We provide qualified homeowner appointments and a proven sales system, so you can focus on presenting solutions, building rapport, and closing deals. This is a 100% commission-based, one-call-close role with uncapped earning potential.

Qualifications

• Proven success in one-call-close in-home sales.
• High-ticket sales experience preferred.
• Experience in home improvement remodeling or related sales strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong objection-handling abilities.
• Comfortable discussing financing and payment options.
• Coachable and willing to follow a proven sales system.
• Reliable transportation.
• Available for evening and Saturday appointments as needed.

Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled in-home consultations with homeowners.
