This commission-only position offers uncapped earnings with typical income ranging from $150,000 to $180,000+, and top performers earning $200,000+ through performance bonuses and strong leads.

Qualifications

• Experience in in-home sales, outside sales, or high-ticket B2C sales.
• Confident asking for the sale and closing in one or two visits.
• Thrives in a performance-driven, commission-only environment.
• Competitive, self-motivated, and results-focused.
• Can manage your pipeline and maintain consistent activity.

Responsibilities

• Run pre-set, in-home sales appointments with homeowners
• Control the sales process from introduction to close
• Present solutions, overcome objections, and close in the home
• Work a steady pipeline of company-provided, pre-qualified leads
• Manage your territory and schedule for maximum productivity
• Maintain high conversion rates and consistent production
• Accurately measure, document, and submit deals
