Job summary

Groundworks is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to meet homeowners, perform in-home inspections, and design customized foundation repair and water management solutions using proven systems.

This consultative, at-home role offers autonomy to build your own sales territory with the support of a global market leader. You’ll receive comprehensive training and start with un capped commission potential, including training pay and company-generated leads.

Qualifications

• Entrepreneurial mindset focused on results and customer satisfaction.
• 1-2 years of sales experience preferred but not required.
• Experience in commission-based, B2C or in-home sales is a plus.
• Experience in construction or home improvement is a plus.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Travel within your sales territory to conduct in-home inspections.
• Use warm pre-qualified leads to develop and maintain a book of business.
• Educate homeowners on foundation, moisture and water management issues and propose solutions.
• Prepare estimates and repair proposals for homeowners.
• Close sales in the home and maintain client relationships.
• Track sales leads and participate in branch sales initiatives.
