Job summary

Marvin is seeking an Associate Sales Manager to coach and lead a team of in-home sales professionals. You will observe and train the field force, conduct ride-alongs, and drive performance while building strong client relationships and leading weekly sales meetings.

You will recruit, train, and onboard new sales representatives, manage schedules, and collaborate with leadership to achieve KPIs. This role emphasizes field presence and strategic coaching across the Cleveland area.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience leading sales teams.
• 2+ years of high performance in in-home sales.
• Strong organizational skills and time management.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal, nonverbal, written).
• Comfortable using digital tools and sales technology.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Observe and coach sales representatives in the field 3–4 days/week.
• Conduct ride-alongs and role-playing to boost performance.
• Build and maintain client relationships to drive repeat business.
• Lead weekly sales meetings to review performance and motivate the team.
• Assign customer appointments and manage rep schedules for efficiency.
• Recruit, train, and onboard new sales reps to grow the team.
