Job summary

Marvin is seeking an Associate Sales Manager to lead an in-home sales team in the replacement window and door segment. You will coach reps in the field, conduct ride-alongs, and drive performance while building strong client relationships.

You’ll work with regional leadership to implement market strategies and ensure a high standard of customer experience. You will spend substantial time in the field observing, training, and guiding your team, while collaborating with marketing and HR on growth

Qualifications

• 2+ years leading sales teams in a field or in-home setting.
• 2+ years achieving strong in-home sales performance.
• Strong coordination, planning, and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Observe, coach, and motivate sales reps in the field 3–4 days a week.
• Conduct ride-alongs, role plays, and targeted training sessions.
• Build and maintain client relationships to drive repeat and referral business.
• Lead weekly meetings to review performance and motivate the team.
• Assign appointments and manage sales rep schedules for efficiency.
• Recruit, train, and onboard new sales reps to grow the team.
• Drive KPIs like close rates and total sales volume.
• Provide feedback to leadership and HR for performance improvement.
• Use reporting tools to monitor metrics and accountability.
• Ensure SOPs and company policies are followed at all times.
• Support regional marketing and sales initiatives with energy and follow-through.
• Resolve sales and service issues promptly to maintain satisfaction.
