50Floor in Cleveland seeks a dynamic General Sales Manager to oversee branch sales and service, driving revenue while mentoring the sales team and Design Consultants. You will articulate sales strategy, plan trainings, and lead motivational sessions to elevate performance and customer satisfaction.

The role requires a hands-on leader who can manage priorities, coach staff, and coordinate across functional teams. Travel and in-home sales experience enhance fit for this position.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of related experience including managing and driving performance, leading teams, and managing employees.
• In-home sales experience is required.
• Experience in home improvement industry is preferred but not required.
• Willingness to travel 50-75% within a 75-mile radius.

Responsibilities

• Oversee branch sales in all aspects.
• Supervise sales staff through the employment life cycle, including hiring, training, performance management, coaching, supervising work, etc.
• Manage a team of Design Consultants (statutory non-employees).
• Lead weekly educational sales meetings to drive performance and knowledge.
• Conduct on-site and field sales classes conveying strategy and procedures.
• Address and resolve escalated customer issues for timely settlements.
• Perform site visits for customer service issues or to verify contractors' work.
• Fill in or assist sales staff during time off or high-volume periods.
