Job summary

Marvin is seeking an Associate Sales Manager to lead a field-based sales team focused on Infinity Replacement Windows and Doors. You will coach in-home sales professionals, observe rides, and implement market strategies to drive growth while collaborating with National and Regional leadership.

In this role you will build client relationships, recruit/train new reps, and drive KPIs including close rates and sales volume. Expect field time, travel, and a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2+ years leading sales teams with a proven track record.
• 2+ years of high performance in in-home sales.
• Strong organizational skills with time and schedule management.
• Excellent communication skills - verbal, nonverbal, and written.

Responsibilities

• Coach and observe sales representatives in the field (3–4 days/week).
• Conduct ride-alongs and training sessions to improve performance.
• Build and maintain client relationships to drive repeat and referral business.
• Lead weekly sales meetings to review performance and motivate the team.
• Assign customer appointments and manage rep schedules for efficiency.
• Recruit, train, and onboard new sales reps to grow the team.
• Help achieve KPIs such as close rates and total sales volume.
• Provide performance feedback and collaborate with leadership/HR on improvement plans.
• Monitor metrics using reporting tools and ensure SOP compliance.
• Support regional marketing and sales initiatives with follow-through.
• Resolve sales and service issues to maintain customer satisfaction.
