Job summary

West Shore Home, Buffalo, NY, seeks an In-Home Sales Manager to lead and grow a dynamic team of In-Home Sales Representatives. You will act as Leader, Motivator, and Coach with support from leadership and operations to deliver a five-star customer experience.

Responsibilities include reviewing pre-scheduled appointments, ensuring a minimum of three in-home visits weekly, and conducting weekly sales team meetings. Strong leadership and a valid driver's license are required.

Responsibilities

• Review appointments scheduled by Inside Sales and adjust as needed.
• Run a minimum of 3 pre-scheduled, in-home appointments per week.
• Lead weekly sales team meetings and drive performance improvements.
• Improve systems and processes to deliver better customer journeys.
• Collaborate with GM, Sales Trainers, and operations to support the team.
