Job summary

Refloor is seeking a Sales Manager to lead a field-based team, coaching in-home sales reps to hit performance targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You’ll run daily huddles, conduct coaching sessions, and model the sales process to elevate the team’s standards.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years of sales experience with 1+ year in leadership, plus a track record of developing reps, using KPIs and dashboards to drive decisions in a fast-growing company.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience.
• 1+ year leading or managing a sales team.
• Background in in-home sales, retail sales leadership, or similar industries preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create a winning, performance-driven sales culture and team.
• Run daily huddles, structured sales meetings, and one-on-one coaching sessions.
• Coach and demonstrate presentation skills, discovery, objection handling, and closing.
• Ensure every customer receives a 5-star experience.
• Train new hires and accelerate their ramp-up time.
• Track KPIs, diagnose trends, and drive positive change.
• Hold reps accountable to standards, behaviors, and results.
