Job summary

50Floor is seeking a dynamic General Sales Manager to lead the branch sales and customer service initiatives. The GSM will drive revenue performance, supervise sales staff and contractors, and lead training and motivational sessions to boost the team’s effectiveness.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of sales leadership experience, strong communication skills, and a track record of growing branch results.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of related experience including experience leading teams and driving performance.
• In-home sales experience needed.
• Experience in home improvement industry is preferred but not required.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Oversee branch sales in all aspects.
• Supervise sales staff through the employment life cycle, including hiring, training, performance management, coaching, supervising work, etc.
• Manage team of Statutory non employees as Design Consultants.
• Lead weekly educational sales meetings to drive sales performance and ensure knowledge.
• Conduct on-site and field sales classes to convey strategy and procedures.
• Address and resolve escalated customer issues for timely settlements.
• Perform site visits to verify service quality and customer concerns.
• Fill in or assist staff during peak times or planned/unplanned time off.
