Real Floors, a leading wholesale flooring provider, seeks a results-driven General Manager to lead our Charlotte branch. You will oversee staff, budgets, and daily operations, driving profitability through growth initiatives and strong customer relationships.

The role rewards performance with incentives tied to branch net income, including up to 90% travel within the assigned area and a full-time, exempt leadership position. Strong sales background preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred).
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Proficient in strategic planning and financial budgeting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comprehensive understanding of finance, HR, procurement, and operations.
• Strong analytical capabilities for informed decision-making.
• Ability to multitask and effectively manage time.
• Exceptional organizational prowess with leadership abilities.
• Ability to handle stressful situations in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain a strong team culture.

Responsibilities
