Responsibilities include troubleshooting, documenting outcomes, and maintaining KPIs while upholding professional standards. The role requires a high school diploma, strong communication skills, and proficiency with MS Teams and Office.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite preferred, particularly Microsoft Teams.
• Communication skills and comfortable talking over the phone and video. Coachable and driven to win.

Responsibilities

• Provide troubleshooting and support to Design Consultants, staying current with lending options and system updates.
• Document and maintain records of all requested support, outcomes, feedback, and follow-up actions.
• Maintain a professional demeanor in all interactions with Design Consultants.
• Maintain company KPIs, such as support requests per hour.
• Achieve consistent results meeting or exceeding individual and team goals.
