Job summary

West Shore Home is seeking an in-home Sales Representative in Boston, MA. You will meet with customers at their homes, delivering the West Shore Home sales method to secure agreements for our bathroom, flooring, window, and door remodels.

The role features a rotating schedule and pre-set warm leads. Compensation includes a competitive base salary, uncapped commissions, and a year-one income possibility up to $200K+.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience preferred; open to recent grads from retail, hospitality, or customer-facing roles.
• Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
• Must have a smartphone or smart device to log into required systems using two-factor authentication.
• Bilingual Spanish/English candidates with proficiency in English reading and writing encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home consultations with customers to present West Shore Home products and services.
• Explain product value and installation quality to customers.
• Identify options that work within the customer's budget and close sales.
• Complete post-sale activities as required and manage follow-ups.
