West Shore Home is a technology-driven home improvement company specializing in bathroom, flooring, windows, and doors. The in-home sales role involves delivering our proven sales method to close customer agreements and drive growth across multiple product lines.

The position operates with a rotating schedule, Monday–Friday and Tuesday–Saturday, offering uncapped commissions, a signing bonus, and a clear path to high earnings in a supportive, growth-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to quickly connect with customers in a home sales environment.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Willingness to work a rotating schedule and travel to homes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the West Shore Home sales method to secure customer agreements.
• Attend weekly team meetings and training workshops.
• Guide customers through a one-call close sales process.
• Follow a monthly rotating schedule (Mon–Fri / Tue–Sat).
• No cold-calling; all leads are warm and pre-set.
