Qualifications

• Previous sales experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to connect quickly with customers in-home.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Comfort with a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact with customers delivering the West Shore Home sales method.
• Guide customers through a personalized one-call close sales process.
• Attend weekly team meetings and training workshops.
• Follow a rotating in-home schedule with availability 9:00 AM–7:00 PM.
• Work with warm, pre-set leads; no cold-calling required.
