You will work a rotating schedule, handle warm leads, and participate in weekly trainings and team meetings; no cold-calling. A strong drive and reliable transportation are required.

This role offers base salary plus uncapped commissions with earnings potential up to $200K+ and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience preferred or applicable experience in retail, hospitality, or customer-facing roles.

Responsibilities

• Deliver West Shore Home sales method to secure customer agreements.
• Lead customers through a personalized one-call close sales process.
• Attend weekly team meetings and training workshops.
