Job summary

West Shore Home in Nashville is seeking an In-Home Sales Representative to be the primary contact for customers, delivering the West Shore Home sales method to secure agreements for our bathroom, flooring, windows, and doors remodels.

You will work a monthly rotating schedule with ~2-hour appointments, attend weekly training, and close sales in a single call using warm leads; no cold-calling, providing a strong income potential through uncapped commissions.

Qualifications

• Experience in direct sales or consumer-facing roles is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Follow a monthly rotating schedule for consumer consultations.
• Schedule and conduct ~2-hour sales appointments with customers.
