Job summary

West Shore Home is seeking a Design Consultant in Richmond, VA to deliver in-home sales demonstrations for bathroom, flooring, window, and door remodels. The role follows a rotating Monday–Friday / Tuesday–Saturday schedule and uses warm leads with no cold-calling.

Compensation includes a competitive base plus uncapped commissions and an annual bonus program, with potential earnings reaching $200K+ in the first year. Health, retirement, and other benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• No cold-calling; all leads are warm and pre-set.

Responsibilities

• Sell products during in-home visits using the West Shore Home sales method.
• Attend weekly team meetings and training workshops.
• Guide customers through a personalized one-call close sales process.
