Velaz Group is seeking an Elite Home Service Closer focused on pre-set appointments, fast installations, and competitive Redline offers in New Jersey.

You will meet with homeowners, present solar and home service options, address objections, and close contracts for energy solutions and roofing enhancements. This role emphasizes performance bonuses and uncapped commissions, with significant earning potential for top closers.

Qualifications

• Minimum six months of sales experience in New Jersey.
• Comfortable working in a 100% commission-based role.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license are required.
• Bilingual proficiency is a plus.
• Access to a laptop or tablet is preferred.

Day in the life of a Top Closer:
