Qualifications

• Proven closers with success in commission-based, in-home sales in high-ticket consumer environments.
• Confident, persuasive, competitive, and able to ask for the sale.
• Self-motivated, organized, accountable, energized by ambitious performance goals.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel throughout the assigned territory, including evenings and weekends when required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver compelling sales presentations that communicate Guardian's advantages, product quality, and installation expertise.
• Build strong relationships with homeowners by understanding needs and addressing concerns to foster purchasing confidence.
• Convert qualified appointments into sales through effective communication and closing techniques.
• Manage customer relationships, follow up promptly, and leverage digital tools to maximize opportunities and referrals.
• Meet or exceed sales targets while upholding professionalism, integrity, and customer satisfaction.
