Qualifications

• Must be a proven closer, not an order taker.
• Demonstrated success in commission-based, in-home sales, preferably in home improvement or high-ticket consumer sales.
• Confident, persuasive, competitive, and capable of asking for the sale.
• Self-motivated, organized, accountable, and driven by ambitious goals.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel within the assigned territory, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Conduct professional in-home consultations with prospective customers and evaluate spaces.
• Deliver compelling sales presentations highlighting Guardian's advantages and installation expertise.
• Build strong relationships by understanding needs and addressing concerns.
• Consistently convert qualified appointments into sales using effective closing techniques.
