Guardian Garage Floors in Nashville, TN is seeking an In-Home Sales Representative to meet with homeowners, assess their needs, present Guardian’s flooring solutions, and guide them to a purchase. You will work in a performance-based environment with uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses, supported by thorough product and sales training.

• Proven success in in-home sales, preferably high-ticket consumer sales.
• Ability to close sales and meet performance goals.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

• Willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed.
• Reliable transportation and travel within the assigned territory.

Responsabilidades

• In-Home Consultations with prospective customers to assess needs and propose Guardian solutions.
• Develop product knowledge and clearly communicate features and benefits to homeowners.
• Build trust and rapport; address concerns and tailor solutions.
• Close sales, overcome objections, and secure the sale.
• Deliver engaging sales presentations that differentiate Guardian.
• Follow up on opportunities to maximize close rates and generate referrals.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals with professionalism.
• Utilize digital sales tools and samples to create a consistent customer experience.
