Job summary

Southern National Roofing is hiring in-home closers. Every appointment is set and confirmed by our in-house call center. No cold calling, no door knocking.

You show up, run the process, and close. Meet 10-12 confirmed appointments a week, pre-qualified leads, paid two-week training in Charlotte, NC, and a compensation plan featuring a $500 weekly draw against commission, uncapped commissions, and monthly bonuses.

Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred, not required.

Responsibilities

• Meet with 2-3 pre-qualified homeowners.
• Inspect the home and diagnose the roof.
• Present the solution and the financing.
• Close on the first visit.
• Hand it to an install team that moves fast, and go home.
