Job summary

Southern National Roofing is seeking an In-Home Sales Closer. All appointments are set and confirmed by an in-house call center. You’ll show up, run the process, and close with no cold calling or door knocking.

Training is provided in Charlotte, NC, with ongoing coaching and a proven closing system. Expect to meet homeowners, inspect roofs, present solutions, and close on the first visit. First-year reps can reach $150,000+, proven closers $250,000+, with a $500 weekly draw against commission

Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred, not required.
• Comfortable presenting in a homeowner's living room.
• Ability to travel to training in Charlotte, NC.

Responsibilities

• Meet with 2-3 pre-qualified homeowners weekly.
• Inspect the home and diagnose the roof.
• Present the solution and financing options.
• Close on the first visit.
• Coordinate with install team after closing.
