Southern National Roofing is seeking an In-Home Sales Closer in Kannapolis, NC. All appointments are set by our in-house call center; no cold calls or door knocking. You will close on the first visit, with pre-qualified leads and a quick path from presentation to close.

Earn on-target earnings from $150,000 to $250,000 per year, with a $500 weekly draw against commission and monthly bonuses. Paid two-week training in Charlotte, NC and a strong support team help accelerate success.

Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred.
• Coachable and competitive mindset.

Responsibilities

• Meet with 2-3 pre-qualified homeowners.
• Inspect the home and diagnose the roof.
• Present the solution and the financing.
• Close on the first visit; one-call-close.
• Hand it to an install team and move on.
