Job summary

Southern National Roofing is hiring in-home sales closers. Every appointment is set and pre-qualified by our in-house call center. No cold calling or door knocking; you show up, run the process, and close on the first visit.

You can earn substantial income with on-target earnings of $150k–$250k, a $500 weekly draw against commission, and monthly bonuses. Training is paid in Charlotte, NC, with an established brand and a proven closing system.

Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred, not required.
• Must have valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance.
• Able to travel to Charlotte, NC for the paid training.
• Evening and Saturday availability.

Responsibilities

• Meet with 2-3 pre-qualified homeowners
• Inspect the home and diagnose the roof
• Present the solution and the financing
• Close on the first visit; one-call-close appointments
• Hand it to an install team that moves fast, and go home
• No cold calling or door knocking; pre-qualified appointments provided
