Southern National Roofing is hiring in-home closers. Every appointment is set and confirmed by our in-house call center. You show up, run the process, and close. Training is provided in Charlotte, NC with a dedicated department.

Earn on-target earnings from $150,000 to $250,000 with uncapped commissions, plus weekly draws and monthly bonuses. This is a paid two-week program in Charlotte to learn a proven selling system and script, with no cold calling required.

Qualifications

• No cold calling
• Excellent closing and communication skills
• Willingness to travel for training and sales visits

Responsabilités

• Meet with 2-3 pre-qualified homeowners per day
• Inspect the home and diagnose roofing needs
• Present the solution and financing options and close on the first visit
