Southern National Roofing is looking for in-home closers in North Carolina. Every appointment is set and confirmed by our in-house call center — no cold calling or door knocking. You show up, run the process, and close with on-target earnings between $150,000 and $250,000 per year.

Training is paid: a two-week program in Charlotte, NC, with a dedicated training department. You’ll meet 2–3 pre-qualified homeowners weekly, present financing options, and close on the first visit.

Qualificações

• Sales experience preferred, not required.
• Our best closers came from car sales, retail, restaurant management or other non-sales roles.
• Coachable and competitive attitude.

Responsabilidades

• Meet with 2-3 pre-qualified homeowners.
• Inspect the home and diagnose the roof.
• Present the solution and financing.
• Close on the first visit.
• Hand it to an install team and move on.
