Job summary

Southern National Roofing is seeking an in-home sales closer in Raleigh, NC. All appointments are pre-qualified and scheduled by an in-house call center; there is no cold calling or door knocking. You will meet homeowners, diagnose roofing needs, present financing options, and close on the first visit.

Earn on-target earnings between $150,000 and $250,000 with uncapped commissions. Training is paid and held in Charlotte, NC, with a six-day work week and ongoing bonuses and support.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver's license
• Must be able to travel to Charlotte, NC for paid training
• Evening and Saturday availability
• Comfortable presenting in a homeowner's living room and working from a tablet

Responsibilities

• Meet with 2-3 pre-qualified homeowners
• Inspect the home and diagnose the roof
• Present the solution and financing
• Close on the first visit; hand off to install team
