Job summary

Southern National Roofing is seeking in-home sales closers in North Carolina. All appointments are set by our in-house call center; you close them on the first visit, with no prospecting or door-knocking.

Earn on-target earnings of 150k–250k per year, with a $500 weekly draw against commission and monthly bonuses. Training is provided in Charlotte, NC, and successful closers progress to higher earnings with proven systems.

Qualifications

• Must be able to travel to Charlotte, NC for paid training.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance.
• Evening and Saturday availability.
• Sales experience preferred but not required; training provided and appointments are pre-qualified.

Responsibilities

• Meet with 2-3 pre-qualified homeowners
• Inspect the home and diagnose the roof?
• Present the solution and financing; close on first visit
• Work with in-house call center and installation team
