Job summary

Concierge Care Agency is recruiting Registered Nurses (RNs) to perform in-home client assessments across Ocala and surrounding communities. Earn $100 per completed assessment and enjoy flexible, per-assessment assignments in a W-2 employment setup.

Ideal candidates are independent, experienced RNs who can assess health, mobility, and personal care needs, document findings, and collaborate with the care team to support personalized care planning.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Florida RN license.
• Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a home care setting.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Current automobile insurance.
• Home health, senior care, or community nursing experience preferred.
• Ability to meet applicable background screening and employment requirements.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-person assessments in clients' homes.
• Evaluate clients' health, mobility, functional abilities, and personal care needs.
• Identify safety concerns and changes in condition.
• Document findings accurately and promptly.
• Communicate assessment results to the care team.
• Assist with individualized care planning.
