Home Helpers Home Care is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse (RN) to perform in-home client assessments on a per-assessment basis. This flexible, non-traditional schedule pays per completed assessment, with no guaranteed weekly hours.

The RN will evaluate care needs, document findings, and communicate recommendations to the office. Travel to client homes is required, with strong emphasis on professionalism and confidentiality.

Formación

• Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Experience with home care, geriatric care, assessments, or case management is preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage assessment documentation.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct comprehensive in-home assessments for prospective and current clients.
• Evaluate client care needs and overall condition.
• Gather and document relevant client information accurately.
• Complete all required assessment paperwork and documentation.
• Communicate assessment findings and recommendations to the office.
• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality with clients and families.
• Complete assessments within required timelines.
