Job summary

Concierge Care is seeking Registered Nurses to perform in-home client assessments in Gainesville, FL and surrounding areas. Earn $100 per completed assessment with W-2 employment and flexible, per-assessment opportunities. Ideal for RNs seeking supplemental income who enjoy independent work in clients’ homes.

Must hold an active Florida RN license, have strong assessment and documentation skills, and reliable transportation. Prior home health or senior care experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-person assessments in clients' homes.
• Evaluate clients' general health, functional abilities, and personal care needs.
• Review mobility, safety concerns, and daily living requirements.
• Identify changes in condition or care needs.
• Document assessment findings accurately and promptly.
• Communicate relevant findings and recommendations to the care team.
• Help support individualized home care planning.
