Job summary

Concierge Care is seeking licensed Registered Nurses (RNs) to conduct in-home client assessments in Gainesville, FL and surrounding areas. Earn $100 per completed assessment with W-2 employment and flexible, per-assessment opportunities.

As a Home Assessment RN, you will meet clients in their homes, assess health status and functional needs, and help tailor individualized home care plans. The role emphasizes independence, professional nursing judgment, and direct client interaction.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Florida RN license is required.
• Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills are essential.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities are necessary.

Responsibilities

What You'll Be Doing

• Document assessment findings accurately and promptly
• Communicate relevant findings and recommendations to the care team
• Help support individualized home care planning

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Florida Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Ability to work independently and professionally in clients' homes
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance
• Ability to meet applicable employment and background screening requirements
• Home health, senior care, or community nursing experience preferred
