Job summary

Concierge Care is seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) to perform in-home client assessments throughout Ocala and surrounding communities.

This is a flexible, per-assessment opportunity offering $100 per completed assessment with W-2 employment and a nontraditional schedule. Nurses work independently in clients'' homes, applying clinical assessment skills to support seniors with personalized home care.

Qualifications

• Active Florida RN license required.
• Strong clinical assessment and documentation.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently in home care.
• Valid driver''s license and reliable transportation.
• Current automobile insurance.
• Home health or senior care experience preferred.
• Ability to meet background screening and employment requirements.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-person assessments in clients' homes.
• Evaluate clients' health, mobility, functional abilities, and personal care needs.
• Identify safety concerns and changes in condition.
• Document findings accurately and promptly.
• Communicate assessment results to the care team.
• Assist with individualized care planning.

Your Responsibilities
