Concierge Care is seeking a dependable Registered Nurse (RN) to perform in-home client assessments in the Lake City, FL area. This PRN position offers flexible hours and a chance to contribute to patient-centered care in home settings.

You will complete initial and ongoing assessments, help develop care plans, and maintain accurate nursing documentation while coordinating with families and the office team. Valid FL RN license and CPR are required.

Qualifications

• Active Florida Registered Nurse (RN) license is required.
• Current CPR certification is required.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance.
• Background screening eligibility.

Responsabilités

• Complete in-home client assessments.
• Review client needs and assist with care planning.
• Complete nursing documentation accurately and on time.
• Communicate with clients, families, caregivers, and the office team.
