United Energy Workers Healthcare seeks compassionate Registered Nurses to join as 1099 Independent Contractors, delivering in-home care to energy workers. This flexible role emphasizes holistic care, building meaningful relationships, and supporting patients in their homes.

You will assess patients, educate families, assist with daily living activities, coordinate with care teams, and document care in our EMR while upholding dignity and safety.

Qualifications

• Valid RN license in the practicing state.
• Willingness to travel to patients' homes.
• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• Current BLS certification.
• Ability to pass state and federal background checks.
• Professional liability is required.

Responsabilités

• Conduct thorough assessments during home visits.
• Educate patients and families on health maintenance and disease prevention.
• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) at home.
• Coordinate schedules with patients per plan of care and preferred hours.
• Monitor patient conditions and report changes to physicians or case managers.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the EMR.
• Provide emotional support to patients and families.
