Job summary

SerClean is seeking an In-Home Sales Specialist in Atlanta, GA. This full-time role meets homeowners after property damage events, assesses needs, and guides restoration solutions. Expect a base salary plus uncapped commissions, with a company vehicle and tablet.

You will close sales during initial visits and manage documentation and follow-up communications. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in outside or in-home sales, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work

Qualifications

• 3+ years of outside or in-home sales experience.
• Proven ability to close sales in a consultative environment.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced, emergency-service environment.
• Proficiency with tablets and CRM systems.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Meet homeowners at scheduled in-home appointments.
• Assess property damage and discuss restoration options.
• Develop scopes of work and present recommended solutions.
• Build trust through empathy, professionalism, and clear communication.
• Secure signed work authorizations and close sales opportunities.
• Educate homeowners on the restoration process and next steps.
• Coordinate with production teams to ensure project execution.
• Communicate with customers, insurance carriers, and internal teams.
• Complete required documentation accurately and promptly.
• Respond quickly to new leads and customer needs.
• Participate in after-hours and weekend on-call rotations as needed.
