SerClean in Atlanta, GA is seeking an In-Home Sales Specialist to meet homeowners at scheduled appointments, assess damage, propose restoration solutions, and secure work authorizations during the initial visit.

You will build trust through empathy and clear communication, coordinating with production teams to ensure project success and prompt documentation. This role involves after-hours and weekend on-call rotations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of outside sales or in-home sales experience.
• Proven ability to close sales in a consultative environment.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet homeowners at scheduled in-home appointments.
• Assess water, mold, fire, and other property damage situations.
• Develop restoration scopes of work and present recommended solutions.
• Build trust through empathy, professionalism, and clear communication.
• Secure signed work authorizations and close sales opportunities.
• Educate homeowners on the restoration process and next steps.
• Coordinate with production teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Communicate with customers, insurance carriers, and internal teams.
• Complete required documentation accurately and promptly.
• Respond quickly to new leads and customer needs.
• Participate in after-hours and weekend on-call rotations as needed.
