Job summary

SerClean in Atlanta seeks a hands-on Sales Manager to lead the in-home sales team after property damage events, guiding homeowners through restoration and decision-making. You will coach reps on scoping, education, and closing while managing appointments from first contact to work authorization.

You will build relationships with homeowners, insurers, and partners, track performance, report to leadership, and collaborate with production and customer service to ensure a high-integrity sales

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in sales with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• In-home, outside, or consultative sales experience preferred; restoration or home services a plus.
• Proficiency with job management software and mobile devices for field work.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of in-home sales representatives to meet targets.
• Provide ongoing training and conduct regular performance reviews.
• Ride along on live appointments to coach real-time and improve techniques.
• Oversee the sales process from initial appointment to work authorization and closing.
• Maintain relationships with homeowners, insurers, and partners.
• Track performance metrics and present reports with action plans.
