Job summary

West Shore Home is seeking an in-home Design Consultant in Oklahoma City, OK. You will guide customers through our sales process, close deals from warm leads, and work a rotating schedule with alternating weeks.

Qualifications

• Must have prior sales experience or transferrable sales skills.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Must have a smartphone to log into company systems and use two-factor authentication.

Responsibilities

• Follow a monthly rotating schedule (Weeks 1–2: Mon–Fri, 9:00–19:00).
• Weeks 3–4: Tue–Fri 9:00–19:00 and Sat 9:00–14:00.
• Sales appointments are about 2 hours each.
• Attend weekly team meetings and training workshops.
• Guide customers through a personalized one-call close sales process.
• No cold-calling; all leads are warm and pre-set.
