Job summary

West Shore Home is seeking a Design Consultant in Columbia, SC. This in-home sales role focuses on delivering our sales method to secure agreements for remodeling products and services.

You will work a rotating schedule with defined hours, attend weekly trainings, and guide customers through a one-call close process. Base compensation includes uncapped commissions and yearly bonuses, with expected first year earnings up to $200K+.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and a competitive drive to succeed.
• Ability to quickly connect with customers in a field setting.
• Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Previous sales experience; success with grads from retail/hospitality also possible.
• Must have a valid smartphone to log into required systems with two-factor authentication.

Responsibilities

• Follow a monthly rotating schedule: Weeks 1-2 Mon-Fri 9:00 AM-7:00 PM.
• Weeks 3-4 Tue-Fri 9:00 AM-7:00 PM and Sat 9:00 AM-2:00 PM.
• Sales appointments are about 2 hours each.
• Attend weekly team meetings and training workshops.
• Guide customers through a personalized one-call close sales process.
• No cold-calling; all leads are warm and pre-set.
