Job summary

West Shore Home in Pittsburgh, PA is seeking a Design Consultant to be the primary contact for customers, delivering the West Shore Home sales method to secure agreements for remodeling projects including bathrooms, flooring, windows, and doors.

You will work in-home with a rotating schedule and warm, pre-set leads, supported by training and a strong commission program. Expect competitive base salary, uncapped commissions, and potential first-year earnings up to $200K+.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience in retail, hospitality, or customer-facing roles is beneficial.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Must have a smartphone to log into company systems using two-factor authentication.
• Bilingual Spanish/English candidates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Follow a monthly rotating schedule (Weeks 1-2: Mon-Fri, 9:00 AM-7:00 PM; Weeks 3-4: Tue-Fri 9:00 AM-7:00 PM & Sat 9:00 AM-2:00 PM).
• Lead customers through a personalized one-call close sales process.
• Attend weekly team meetings and training workshops.
• No cold-calling or lead generation - all leads are warm and pre-set.
• Guide customers through remodeling options and secure agreements.
• Sales appointments are about 2 hours each.
