Job summary

West Shore Home in Norristown, PA is seeking an In-Home Sales Manager to lead our growing Baltimore team. This role drives sales strategy, coaches reps, and builds customer relationships in a fast-paced, technology-powered home improvement company.

You will review appointments, coach dispositions, lead weekly meetings, and work with a nationwide support network, with uncapped commission potential and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Proven in-home sales experience with ability to build trust quickly.
• Experience leading a sales team is a plus.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

What You’ll Do

As an In-Home Sales Manager, you’ll:

• Review schedule of appointments set by Inside Sales and adjust accordingly within the sales team

• Review disposition results daily and coach the team to assist them with their upcoming appointments.

• Prepare and lead weekly sales meeting.

• Drive team results by setting goals, tracking progress, and celebrating wins.

• Effectively utilize In-Home Sales Team Leads to ensure In-Home Sales Representatives receive frequent and effective coaching and feedback.
