Job summary

Trueline is seeking an In-Home Remodeling Sales Consultant to join its team. The role includes training on services, pricing, design process, and the company’s sales approach, creating an opportunity for an experienced closer from real estate, construction products, or home services.

You will work with a large NJ showroom and leverage an inbound lead engine with uncapped commission to drive signed contracts.

Qualifications

• Proven success selling high-ticket products or services directly to consumers.
• Strong closing mentality and ability to ask for the sale.
• Experience in real estate, construction products, or home improvement sales.
• Ability to build trust quickly with homeowners.
• Excellent discovery, presentation, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
• Willingness to travel to homeowner meetings.

Responsibilities

• Meet homeowners in their homes and at the showroom to assess goals and budgets.
• Present options, pricing, design packages, and next steps clearly.
• Convert inbound opportunities into signed contracts and manage follow-up.
• Coordinate handoff to design, estimating, and production teams after sale.
