Job summary

Trueline is seeking an In-Home Remodeling Sales Consultant to join its team in New Jersey. The role focuses on meeting homeowners in homes and at the showroom, selling kitchen, bathroom, basement, and other remodeling projects, and converting inbound opportunities into signed contracts.

You'll work with a large showroom, design resources, and a strong inbound lead engine, backed by a base salary and commission. Total earnings for top performers can exceed $200,000 annually.

Qualifications

• Proven success selling high-ticket products directly to consumers
• Experience in real estate, construction products, or home improvement sales
• Strong closing mentality and ability to ask for the sale
• Ability to build trust quickly with homeowners during a consultative process

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners in their homes and at the showroom to understand goals, budget, priorities, and timeline
• Sell kitchen, bathroom, basement, and other residential remodeling projects
• Convert inbound opportunities into signed contracts
• Present project options, pricing, design packages, and next steps clearly
• Coordinate handoff to design, estimating and production teams after the sale
