Rose Remodeling is seeking an in-home sales consultant to close high-value remodeling deals with pre-qualified leads. This full-time, commission-only role offers an uncapped earning potential and a $5,000 sign-on bonus for qualified hires.

You will meet homeowners at pre-scheduled appointments, present tailored bath remodeling solutions, and guide customers through financing options while maintaining CRM records and participating in ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience required.
• Home improvement/remodeling or in-home sales experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and closing skills.
• Willingness to travel and work evenings/weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners during pre-scheduled, company-provided appointments.
• Conduct professional in-home sales presentations.
