Job summary

Rose Remodeling is seeking an in-home sales consultant to close pre-qualified home improvement leads with a proven, commission-based model.

You’ll conduct professional in-home presentations, identify client needs, design bath remodeling solutions, explain financing options, and use our CRM to manage prospects and close deals. High earning potential with uncapped commissions and ongoing coaching are provided.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience required.
• Home improvement/remodeling sales experience is a major plus.
• Willingness to travel to appointments.
• Excellent communication, presentation and closing skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners during pre-scheduled, company-provided appointments.
• Conduct professional in-home sales presentations.
• Understand customer needs, goals, and budgets.
