Job summary

Future Remodeling is seeking a Junior Project Consultant to excel in a one-call-close, in-home sales environment across New Jersey. You will train extensively and work with experienced sales professionals to build the skills needed for high performance.

You will run 1–3 appointments per day, with structured sales training, company-provided leads, and clear performance expectations. This is a career‑oriented opportunity with uncapped earning potential.

Qualifications

• Willingness to work evenings and weekends.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication skills and professional presence.
• High coachability and openness to feedback.
• Comfort with commission‑only compensation.
• Prior in‑home sales experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Learn and deliver in‑home sales presentations.
• Shadow and progressively lead appointments.
• Travel throughout New Jersey to customer homes.
• Develop objection‑handling, closing, and consultative selling skills.
• Attend weekly training, role‑play, and development sessions.
• Build emotional discipline, confidence, and professional maturity.
