The position offers competitive compensation with uncapped commission potential and opportunities for seasoned performers to earn $150K–$200K. A base draw is provided, along with a supportive collaboration with the design team to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, preferably high ticket ($20K+) in home improvement or remodeling.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build relationships and close deals effectively.
• 50% close rate on qualified appointments.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home consultations to assess customer needs and preferences from warm leads and pre-set appointments.
• Present tailored cabinet update and kitchen remodeling solutions and product offerings.
• Build rapport with clients to establish trust and encourage sales.
• Close high-ticket kitchen projects $6,000 – $80,000 using effective closing techniques.
• Follow up with leads and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
• Own and grow your territory by generating leads and opportunities.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
